Can you put the money directly into my account?

Yes! We have the ability to send electronic payments directly to your bank account.
How and when do I get my checks?

We send your payment between the 10th and 15th of each month.
How long of a lease do you sign?

We typically only sign 12 month leases, but will allow 6 month or 24 month leases with property owner approval.
How soon can you start managing my property?

Our goal is for you to experience a smooth transition into Narrow Path managing your property. We are equipped to take over management of your property as soon as you are ready.
What type of properties do you manage?

We manage single family homes, and small to medium residential multi-family properties (2-40 units)
What type of reports do I get and how often?

You will receive a monthly Owner Statement and Income statement via email. You can also access statements through our owner's portal.
