Tenant FAQs

We cannot hold a property for you until you have applied and been approved. Once approved, we can hold a property for up to 2 weeks once we receive the full security deposit.

You must be 18 years of age to apply

The security deposit is refundable at move-out as long as the terms of the lease agreement have been met.

If it is your first time renting, you must have a cosigner with a minimum of 700 credit score.

You can apply online by clicking the "apply now" link on our website.

You can pay rent online through your tenant portal, or in person at our office with a money order or cashier's check

You must contact your property manager prior to getting a pet to ensure pets are allowed at your home. If allowed, an animal agreement must be signed, and pet deposit collected before getting your pet.

You must notify your property manager in writing at least 30 days before your lease expiration/anticipated move-out date.
