Can you hold a place before I apply?
We cannot hold a property for you until you have applied and been approved. Once approved, we can hold a property for up to 2 weeks once we receive the full security deposit. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
You must be 18 years of age to apply -
Is the deposit refundable?
The security deposit is refundable at move-out as long as the terms of the lease agreement have been met. -
Who needs a cosigner?
If it is your first time renting, you must have a cosigner with a minimum of 700 credit score. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
You can apply online by clicking the "apply now" link on our website. -
How do I pay rent?
You can pay rent online through your tenant portal, or in person at our office with a money order or cashier's check -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
You must contact your property manager prior to getting a pet to ensure pets are allowed at your home. If allowed, an animal agreement must be signed, and pet deposit collected before getting your pet. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
You must notify your property manager in writing at least 30 days before your lease expiration/anticipated move-out date.
